I'm honoured to be the first to be able to review this amazing whisky here. Fruit-forward nose. Cherries, raisins, and sherry. Like being in an orchard or vinyard. The fruits continue on the palate like a fine cognac. It's a little bit spicy and there is some heat from the alcohol. The finish is long and you really taste the sherry and oak. Apparently it's only aged a little over 3 years which is mind-blowing considering the amount of flavour this packs. Easily the best Canadian Whisky I've tried so far. If you can find this, buy it.

Really liked the nose, but it didn't quite follow through on the pallette. Definitely Bourbon notes coming through, but ultimately a bit too sharp.
