This vanilla rum begins as Mad River First Run Rum, distilled using fair-trade demerara sugar. After diluting the fresh-off-the-stills unaged spirit, it's infused with Tahitian vanilla beans in stainless steel tanks for 6 weeks. The finished product is bottled at 40% ABV.
