Nose: rich molasses, oak, toffee, vanilla cake batter Palate: browned butter, faint cherry, rich leather, vanilla bean ice cream, and a slight ethanol presence Finish: faint cherry is again noted, rich honey and toffee to finish it off This is the first MMCS series I’ve had and plan on checking out more of them soon! Definitely a sleeper on the shelves.
Great bottle!! Sweet and nutty nose. Great caramel, dark cherry with a nice spicy finish.
