Maker's Mark Cask Strength Batch 21-07 (109.3 Proof)

Nose: Maple syrup dominates, with some bananas and ethanol Palate: Chocolate and cereal followed by candied fruit. Finish: Sweetness fades quickly with a brief reappearance of the bananas from the nose, then some lingering oak char. Overall not as complex as some of the previous batches but still a solid dram.

Caramel corn and maple on the nose. More of the same for taste with char and some pine nut maybe. Kinda bland overall.

Lots of oak, mabye too much. Pretty harsh neat took a long time to get through this one.
