Very good pour. Aromas of cherry pie, vanilla, baking spices, crème brulee, and just enough ethanol to remind you what you’re drinking. Palate is spicy at first but it fades nicely and integrates into flavors that closely follow the nose along with sweet fruit and a touch of herbal bitterness. Finish is medium to long with spice and bright fruit being dominant. Badass!

Nose: boozy, fruity, vanilla frosting Palate: baking spices, caramel, vanilla Finish: cinnamon, orange peel More citrusy and spicy than the usual maker’s profile. A bit thin on the mouthfeel but thickens a bit with the addition of a few drops of water.
