Store pick from Aman’s Liquor in Wind Lake, Wi. His palate really matches mine. He does excellent barrel picks and I’ve loved them all. Excellent nose. Dark fruit, maple syrup. Palate matches nose. Sweet caramel, raisins, cinnamon toast, syrupy waffles, Medium finish, not too dry. More spice hits after the swallow. Pleasant burn. I want more!
