This bottle was distilled by Ken, and is from Batch 4. The nose is sawdust, walnuts, and a little fruit (berries or grapes). It's somewhat spicy and clean on the taste, with a minty sensation on the finish (not the taste of mint, but the cooling of the palate of mint). Worth a second taste in the coming weeks.

this is a local distillery from my hometown of San Diego and unfortunately this is a drain pour. saw dust, grain and rubbing alcohol. thank goodness I tried it at a friend's house because I wouldn't spend money for a shot or bottle.

Absolute rubbish and a disgrace to other bourbon. Taste like pure corn whiskey and probably only qualifies as a bourbon because it meets the minimum requirements by law. Trash.
