Decent stuff, but I won’t be rushing to buy it 3.5: Very good. I’d love to keep a bottle around 4: Excellent. I would like to own a case. A go to for me that is worthy of celebrating 4.5: Incredible.Truly high end, elite level, very noteworthy 5: Sublime. Nearly perfect and an all time favorite

Young. Alcohol. One dimensional: burnt corn/ leather. Thought it would be a “unique” variant of bourbon but kinda too underwhelming. Don’t taste the wine barreling at all
Woolly Bourbon 92 proof. Young ish. Whine barrel finish gives it fruity flavor. Can taste the corn. Can smell the young ness. 7/26/18 Danny’s deck
Sweet and smooth. Not too sweet, has good flavor with the sweetness. Very little burn at the top of the bottle, none at the bottom.
Standard almonds and vanilla in the nose. Harsh alcohol taste dominating the pallet. Sweet honey and brown sugar underneath.
Aged in 2nd hand wine barrels. This makes for an interesting flavor profile that isn't like most whiskeys.
