About this bottle
This is a bourbon made from a a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley, and 2% caramel malt with grains grown in collaboration with various farms in Northern Michigan, and uses glacial water from the Torch Lake aquifer. It is distilled in a custom 650-liter pot still and matured in new, charred American oak barrels warehoused on the shores of Torch Lake. It is bottled at 92 proof.
