Manoir d'Apreval Calvados Réserve is a blend of multiple eaux-de-vie that have aged for 4 to 6 years. A portion of the Calvados was aged in new oak and oak barrels that previously held pommeau, which is a blend of fresh apple juice and Calvados. The remaining product was stored in used oak barrels.
