Bouquet touched with caramelized sugars, macademia nut, and fig suggests a rich body, but the palate is actually rather dry, sitting forward on tongue with a bracing but not hot midpalate; finishes relatively light and a bit boxy in structure overall.
Very good. Notes of apples and ginger on nose and palate with vanilla and spices on the finish.
