Mashbuild; Bourbon whiskey finished in tawny port barrel

Brown sugar, raisan, cinnamon spice, dried fruit on the nose. Light citrus and dried fruit on the front pallet. Dried fruit and a slight oilly mid pallet. Finishes with raisan, citrus, and ethanol. Barrel was probably pretty wet before filled with whiskey.
