A rich, Kentucky Straight Bourbon made by adding wheat to the traditional mash bill of corn & barley; along with Kentucky limestone filtered water. It is aged for 14 years in American oak barrels & finished in Pedro Ximenez Cask for an additional 2 years before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with hints of fruits, grains, wood & spices; while a delicate life adds hints of apple, ripe cherry, cornflakes, cinnamon, maple & chocolate; that led to a long brown sugar death.
