Mi Familia Flores Reposado Tequila

An elegant, Agave Spirit by Nom1459 in Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico made with Tequilana Weber & local deep well water; cooked in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel tanks; 2x distilled in a stainless-steel pots; aged in American oak for 2 months before being bottled at 80 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, earth, citrus & spices; while a slightly creamy life adds notes of caramelized fruits; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of oak & vanilla. February / March 2022 / April 2023 A spiced cookie death that I don't remember from before. July 2025
