About this bottle
The 2025 Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash American Whiskey is just the fifth release in the series since it debuted in 2013. Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson and Master Distiller Dan McKee oversee the aging and blending process, selecting barrels to achieve a specific flavor profile rather than targeting a set age. For this edition, seven barrels were chosen — three Kentucky straight bourbon and four Kentucky straight rye — with the youngest whiskey aged 12 years and the oldest more than 30 years. Bottled at 115.2 proof, just 315 bottles will be available worldwide beginning February 2026. (SRP $6,000)
