A balanced, Cask Strength, Single Barre, Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey aged in new charred American white oak barrels; then aged an additional period in a toasted barrel. It has an almost delicate birth with notes of grain, wood, fruit, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cherry, toffee, honey & mint; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of oak, dark chocolate, black walnut & campfire.
