The inaugural Distillery Edition from Milam & Greene is distilled entirely at their distillery in Blanco, Texas. It is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% malted barley. Only seven barrels make up this first edition which is available exclusively at the the distillery. It is bottled at 60.9% ABV without chill-filtration.

Tonight's taste came from our friends at Milam & Greene. The single barrel 4 yr hits with a strong creamy vanilla flavor with a spicy after taste. Medium burn for a 118 proof. I like this one neat.
Nose: light nose, didn’t get much off the nose some vanilla, mild sweetness Taste: pale tasting, only got the rye, mild spice that faintly lingers. Seems really watered down.
