Milam & Greene Distillery Edition Straight Bourbon (Batch #2)

About this bottle

This second annual distillery edition from Milam & Greene in Blanco, TX is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and eight% malted barley, activated with a proprietary yeast. It is pot-distilled by Master Distiller Marlene Holmes in a 300-gallon copper still and barrel aged for 3.5 years. In addition, it is non-chill filtered, and bottled at barrel proof. Only nine barrels were used in the blend. It is bottled at a barrel proof of 57.5% ABV, with very limited quantities available as of October, 2021.
