Nose is very smooth, lots of maple syrup,but very mild. First sip: almost no spice or burn, very thin flavor. Second sip: lots of butter, thicker flavor, delicious coating in the mouth. Ah, there's the burn... Took waaay too long, and lingers a little, but I expected it to hang out longer for juice of this proof. It's fine, very approachable, but this is a well Bourbon at best.
