Millcroft Reserve Milford Bourbon

Nose of green grass, rye, corn, oak, cinnamon, green cardamom, and pisco. Tastes sweet and green, of cherry, grass, grape jelly, baking spices, peach, vanilla, confectioner’s sugar. Lingering spice at the finish. It’s young. Started out smelling like grass and unaged brandy, and although it did develop some character after a few minutes, it remained quite green. On the palate it’s quite different, still green, but mostly sweet and fruity and rich. Odd. @twostal

Earthy with notes of Cherries, wheat, peach, cardamom on the nares. on the palate i get white pepper, grass, and candied cherries. @Looneyhead
