An Aromatized Wine produced in collaboration with Samantha Sheehan of Poe Wines in Napa & Mike Emmanuel former chef at Chez Panisse. It is crafted with local Seville bitter oranges, macerated in wine & eua-di-vie, combined with Mendocino Chardonnay & select botanicals, aged in French oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of citrus, flowers, herbs & spices; while a full life adds notes of blood orange, peach & orange blossoms; that led to a bittersweet death with notes of marmalade & honeycomb.
