Montana Whiskey Co. - Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nose is very simple yet inoffensive, slight vanilla sweet hints. Light, smooth, and sweet taste with subtle notes of maple. Initial After-taste is a bit unpleasant - reminds me of the taste after blowing up balloons. Quickly fades and has a lasting smoothness. Maybe just a one-time quirk. Will update after another sitting.

Light, smooth, warm. Easy drinker. Tasted right after Penelope. This felt a bit more "alive" than that one. Maybe more sour? Idk, still learning how to review these. Liked it a lot, liked Penelope a bit more. 12/24/22

I love Highland Park 12. This is like a younger version, without the salt. A great Montana Bourbon. It also has a wax seal and great labeling.
