Nose is grainy with little smoke. Mash bill is 60 corn 36 rye and 4 malted. For a high rye i do not get as much spice as i would have expected. Starts with a touch of sweet on the front of the palete a little rye spice through the middle and finishes smooth with little to no bite. Overall not a bad sipper from a small local distiller.
