Moonrise Distillery Georgia Bourbon Whiskey

A nice cinnamon nose with hints of pepper and brown sugar, slight initial burn but fades quickly and the flavors seem to fall flat with little depth. “Tastes” like a young bourbon aged in lower char barrels. A decent pour but may be best as a mixer. Too simplistic for neat sipping.

Floral with vanilla on the nose. Sweet and floral on the palate. Quick finish.

Slightly astringent, fairly neutral flavor.

Smooth from start to finish. Clean finish
