An intense, 10-year-old single malt from the Beast of Dufftown - Mortlach! This is a Douglas Laing Provenance bottling, aged in a hogshead from June 2006 to February 2017 - 389 bottles were produced. It has an aromatic birth with notes of caramelized banana, sugared peels & white oak warmth; while a rich life adds notes of chocolate praline, zesty orange peel & turmeric; that led to a long death with notes of spiced currant buns with butter & marmalade.
