Nose: Initial grain forward, sweet sugar, dark fruit, chocolate, and a hint of creme brulee. Palate: salty mouthfeel up front, toasted grains, vanilla, chocolate, and a bit if a spicy peppery finish. Overall: I love this whiskey and will be picking uo another bottle this week. Im not an expert in american single malt whiskey, but this is a great introduction!
