Mythology Hell Bear

It starts out tasting a little young, but after a bit it opens into this interesting cherry Vanilla Coke flavor. You can taste the rye in it, but it’s not spicy; it just has the profile of a rye. Almost pickles when you first sip it. It’s pretty complex.

Cask Strength from the Mythology Distillery in Steamboat. Nice aroma of charred oak. Rich caramel and vanilla notes with some heat on the back of the pallet.

Not terribly complex, or long finish, but pleasant taste overall. Sweet corn, brown sugar, a bit of oak.
