Smooth nice mouth-full with pleasant flavor of chocolate and leather… for the proof…I found this one to be very mild on the hug. Really liked this bourbon. Neat is my preference. I would drink this again.
Sweet and spicy. This one comes in pretty hot. Has some sweetness but quickly gets over run by the barrel strength. I actually thought it was better neat. The cube seems to muddle it up a bit.
This was a good cask strength - nothing particular unique but a good sipper before bed. Drank in Nashville with Brett.
