*** NO WAY HOME *** Nose - Got loads of cinnamon and baking spice off the nose. Theres a massive sweetness that accompanies the spice, like a vanilla bean. Theres definitely some toasted leather in there. As it opens some grape and pear start creeping through. Finishes with a scent of black licorice, very complex and fun nose. Palate - Okay that is very very herbal. How is this not a rye? no idea. Definitely more of that black licorice, some cherry and more leather. Not much oak, as this drinks thin. Some cinnamon lingers but lightly, not as overpowering as it is on the nose. Thats just about it. Very good but very interesting for it being a bourbon. Finish - So the finish is kind of a lighter version of the palate with the leather and cinnamon turned up a little. Pleasant, not harsh and drinks exactly at its proof.

Prav Square 7 Year Pick, 104.86 proof Nose - Caramel and Cherry bomb. Slight oakiness that is complimented by a little vanilla. Even some random light floral notes here and there. Some dark chocolate also comes out, tied in the caramel notes. This nose is full of a lot of notes, proving to be very complex. Some peanut butter, like a reeses comes to life after opening up. Palate - Oak oak oak. Got some oak then some more oak. Haha, hints of cherry and vanilla compliment the oak. Some leather seeps through towards the finish, but starts on the mid palate. Bitter cocoa bits follow through, as to be paired with this pour. Has a light whipped cream mouthfeel. Finish - Lots of leather and cinnamon. The heat is comfy and not overwhelming.
*** SALSA *** Nose - Wow that is some deeep cherry. Little barrel spice. Maybe some toasted oak lingers but that is just a cherry bomb on the nose. Palate - Now this is a bourbon. Nice oak and leather with some light vanilla notes. Some nutty notes come forward strong in the mid palate. Theres some chili spice (little deeper than cinnamon) but its not overpowering, just complimentary. Finish - The nuttiness and the bitterness from the oak and leather is what sticks around. Also that cherry kind of comes back on the finish.
Barrel 369 10 Yr " Yee Yee" - smokey and sweet, very pleasant 4.25/5 Barrel 960 "Prav" - young oak and vanilla, solid 4/5 Barrel 3401 7 yr CS ICP #1 Pick - 4.5/5 stellar, bee hive stand up!!! ICP #2 Pick - 4.5/5 let's go!!!!!! Giving a slight edge here compared to #1 Sox II 122 Proof Pick - 4.25/5 tart cherry, young oak on the finish. Want a bit more complexity, but overall solid
Bright apple and fruity notes to start, some lighter caramel, cereal, mild but tannic oak, clove. the finish is also tannic but has spots of vanilla with a medium length finish. Very smooth for its high proof but not lacking in flavor or complexity.
On the nose, cherry, vanilla, charred oak. On the palate, cherry, angel foodcake, vanilla waffle cone. Ok the finish, oak, brown sugar, creme brule.
