NB Gin

About this bottle

When Viv Muir and her husband, Steve, set out to create their own gin, they first had to improvise their distilling equipment. In their home kitchen, they made their own "still" out of a pressure cooker and old central heating pipes. After experimenting with hundreds of batches (and upgrading to a glass lab still) they created their own "perfect" gin. Produced at the North Berwick Distillery, NB Gin is made with eight botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, grains of paradise, cassia bark, ground cardamom, lemon peel and orris root powder. This gin is then distilled a custom made copper pot still before being bottled at 42% ABV.
