Very good Binny’s barrell pick I got in Bloomington, IL. First taste was underwhelming but after it sat for a couple weeks, wow. Really nice big caramel toffee nose, follows through on the palate with a bit of dark chocolate. Really love this pick. Finish is good but could be a bit longer.
