On the nose you get subtle notes of dried berries, honey, and florals but they are very weak. One the palate the same notes are there but still very subtle and nothing really stands out. It does have a very oil mouth feel that coats your tastebuds but it may mask the flavors try to come through. I was very disappointed in this flavor profile as i have had bourbons done in a similar way that the flavor profiles explode on your palate this one just had no pop.
