Newfoundlander's White Rum
About this bottle
The unusual seaside imagery label artwork by famed Canadian artist David Blackwood makes the Newfoundlander’s White Rum stand out from the crowd. The rum’s name celebrates a long history of Newfoundland companies trading their native salt cod for Caribbean rum. Rum importing, including this particular bottling, remains big business in Newfoundland to this day. Although the brand’s web site does not specify where the rum originates, a well-known rum blog posits that it’s a blend of aged rums from Guyana, presumably filtered to remove coloring. Note: This is not currently available in the States.
