Nikka's Single Malt Miyagikyo whisky series is comprised of this 10 Year, a 12 Year, and 15 Year. All are distilled and matured at the Miyagikyo distillery west of Sendai, Japan, which is the counterpart of the original Yoichi distillery of Nikka Whisky. The Miyagikyo distillery uses a steam heat distillation process that brings out unique qualities of the malt.
