This felt like a nicely balanced blend, with dominating flavors of caramel and light orchard fruits. It's one of those that didn't stand out in any particular way, but was very pleasant and didn't have any off putting flavors or notes. Very easy to drink and well balanced. Would I drink it if offered? - Yes Would I specifically order it? - Yes Would I buy a bottle? - Yes NOTE - All reviews are done without factoring in price.

Jan 2021. Clear gold. Intensive nutty, creamy, amber, old leather, old wood furniture, sweet spicy, dried sweeten prune, longan honey and tropical fruit in nose. Warm and smooth old wooden floors, nutty, creamy, woody flavor like an old tree house in the forest. Good balance long finish.
I'm not versed enough to know what flavors are present, but to me it tasted grassy and young. A little disappointing, especially for a distillery exclusive. Tasted at the Yoichi Nikka distillery in Hokkaido
Well blended whisky. Smell: floral, sweet and spicy, woody Taste: spicy, and mild down to a fruity sweetness After taste/ finish: creamy vanilla taste, woody Love it
