Nobletons- Plantērs Whiskey

Just the right amount of sweet and heat for this new release from Nobleton's distillery. While I had already been a big fan of their Rums, this is my favorite product so far. You can tell that they really do their homework and testing before releasing something new and is the only craft distillery I endorse. I would say that this sits somewhere between Elijah Craig Small Batch and Four Roses Small Batch. It has the right amount of corn sweetness while giving you a balanced level of heat at being 100 proof. I can't believe this is only 3 years old and I can't wait to see what they do next!

Wish I knew more about the mash but this is wonderful and I think anyone that sees this on a shelf should buy a bottle and form an opinion. I’ve tried batch one and now have batch two. If you ask me this is the beginning of something great.
