About this bottle
Norseman Distillery is a micro-distillery founded in Minneapolis in 2013. They produce over 50 different spirits here including two aquavit bottlings. Norseman Aquavit is made using caraway, coriander, fennel, star anise, angelica root and lemon peel. The aquavit is aged for 6 months in charred white oak before bottling at 40% ABV.
