Cinnamon and a hint of apple and oak on the nose. Taste is slightly sweet, a bit of burn and then it just kind of falls flat on the finish. Not terrible, but not a good sipping bourbon.
Pretty smooth, with an oaky ashy after taste. Sweet on the tongue with vanilla and maybe some cherry?
Caramel corn, little oily, apples, mapely oak, cinnamon, sugary sweet taste from the sherry.
