Wow. Talk about Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a bourbon. Cinnamon is all over the nose and pallet, but you smell the sweetness and taste it as sweet and savory. It is a little hot but not overpowering. The hot is in the finiah. The sweetness is on the front and middle of the pallet. This is damn good and has been winning blinds that the store owner has used it in.
