Barrel# B254T, 110.4pr. Nose is sweet caramels with a hint of fruit, leather, and straw. Palate is very sweet, carameled apples. Not reading much spice profile. I hate the phrase, but this is very smooth at 110 proof. Finish is mild, sweet straw, but does have a nice pepper in it. Very nice, a good intro to higher proof whiskey. Not particularly complex.

Nose: Oak and brown sugar. Palate: Reminiscent of a maple doughnut. The palate is spicy, but sweet brown sugar, maple, and toasted oak fill the palate. Finish: Hot and long. The finish lingers for a period, the heat working its way from the throat to almost your esophagus. Thoughts: A very warm spicy pour. Pleasant sipping on a cold winters night.
75% corn, 21% rye, 2% malted barley. 108.4 proof. Charred corn, charred apples, toasted caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, charred oak, burnt butter, vanilla, smokey, pepper, toasted orange and lemon.

Barrel # B534T Columbian oak Very sweet, cinnamon bubble gum, mint, caramel cream nose, very smoky finish. Different, but that’s what Nulu does!
Decent neat, really good on ice. Chocolate, dark, toasty flavors. Really easy to drink. Decent finish
