Presumably this is a side product of Cooley Distillery. Amber colour. N 12, P 9, F 10, B 10. Frankly speaking this is awful all around. It has ABV 35%, which is I'm not even sure is acceptable for whisky. Some vanilla aromas are overwhelmed by the much stronger smell of alcohol and varnish. Harsh and acrid taste. Tried to drink it twice and got heartburn within half an hour both times. Avoid.
