The Distillers Edition is an annual limited edition series from Diageo featuring select single malt Scotch whisky distilleries in their portfolio. Each release is double matured (finished) in a selected cask. For Oban, Montilla fino fortified wine casks are used. Distilled in 2007, this release was bottled in 2021 at 86 proof.

Seaside, apricot, pineapple and salt on nose. Apricot, peaches, and salt on palette with just a hint of smoke. Finish is quick and thin with light smoke, salt, and light peach
Maple syrup and bitter nose. Maple syrup comes through on palate with a light burn. Light smoke and vanilla.
Lack luster.
