O'Begley has been making Irish-style whiskeys in Pittsford, New York since 2011. They use a mash bill of 75% unmalted barley, 15% malted barley, and 10% oats for this whiskey. "Dubh," or black, is the name of this expression and it is aged in new, charred oak barrels and bottled at cask strength.
