NOSE: Creamy butterscotch, vanilla, cornbread, lemon poppyseed muffin, wax and dried fruit. One of the oddest aromas I've come across in a bourbon. I'm a tad conflicted on how I feel about it. PALATE: Dried corn, vanilla cake, lemon muffin, dried apricots, nuts and a touch of baking spice and dried fruit. Again, so odd. It's not a classic bourbon profile, more like a dessert whiskey if the category existed. FINISH: Medium -> Dried corn, vanilla, lemon cake and dried fruit fade out to a farmy hay-like note combined with some minerality and banana taffy... so bizarre.

Buttery and caramel on the nose, but taste is a bit flat and almost vodka burn. It's smooth but a touch of burn which is nice. Was told it's comparable to Buffalo Trace but at almost twice the price, I'm putting it at half the taste and not worth the cost. Happy to have it but not thrilled.
Light on the nose. Hints of pine. Big carmely entry. Bitter from the middle to the end. Thins across each to a very thin finish. Overall Carmel overtone that I liked. Would not drink this on purpose. One of five stars
Vanilla all day! With a little spice. Use as a mixer
