This expression is a small batch bourbon made from 100% sweet corn grown locally to Old 55 distillery in Indiana. It is bottled at 80 proof.

Nose: Absolutely nothing good comes from this nose. It is very ethanol forward with a subtle scent of corn. Taste: Very smooth. Little to no burn for a 100 proof bourbon. Unsurprisingly, the primary flavor is corn, but you get a mixture of spices that pair very well with it. Caramel and cinnamon mix with a sweet corn flavor that is very prevalent.
If I could have scored it less I would have. Weird flavor on the palette with nothing on the nose.
Very sweet with an acidic finish. Not my favorite but good to try something different.
Smooth and soft from the sweet Indiana corn made this one of my favourite whiskeys
