The color is dull, deep brownish gold leaving thick legs all over the glass with every movement. The nose starts with ripe fruit, charred oak, dark chocolate, banana and cooked brown sugar. The palate is soft and gentle while being oily and chewy, slowly working it’s way to the corners of the mouth leaving it dry. Baking spice builds up in the middle of the palate with a helping of cinnamon and allspice, as an easy wave of fruity creaminess follows along with charred oak. The finish is medium long and dry with the mouth staying tingling from the baking spices with lingering charred oak, while the fruity and creamy notes gently fade, but aren’t too far away.
