Nose - Cinnamon herb floral. A little savory. Little bits of oak and leather. Palate - Caramal herbs with tons of spice. Blends of flavors work so well together its an incredibly rye, even with the spice. Finish - Finish is consistent with the palate, one of the best ryes I have had.
