The absolute best pour I have had this year, hands down. Lots of butterscoth on the nose at first that then moves into orange and chocolate (think about the xmas chocolate oranges) and then some vanilla. The palate is lots of vanilla and cream, add in some oak spice mid palate and then a wonderful kentucky hug as it goes down with almost zero burn. Overall it's like Gal Gabot dressed in silk and massaging you all over.

Incredible. Nose and palate and finish are all really complex. Some Orange/citrus on the nose and palate. The spices are really balanced with sweet notes. I don’t feel like this is a “spicy” bourbon. The mouthfeel doesn’t feel heavy but is certainly somewhat buttery. Delicious. Will probably mellow out more over time.
Very warm. The apple comes through well. Not without heat, but finishes with a good cinnamon spice. The nose on this is very strong, but dances with flavor. Sweet and pungent; you can taste oats and vanilla. So much going on here. Every bit complex as it is enjoyable.
Nose: crystallized carmalized carmel, marshmallow, vanilla, cherry Body: medium-light Palate: classic caramel, vanilla, some cherry. Very mild rye pepper Finish: nice length for such a smooth dram. Nice slightly smoky caramel lingers. Note: an ounce from don.
Rich cherry and vanilla nose followed by citrus very complex nose. Taste creamy vanilla then caramel toffee Tropical fruit and oak at the end You're aware of the oak but it's riding in the background. The finish goes on for a long time.
Impressive. Very impressive. I wasn’t expecting much but this one knocked it out of the park. Maple, molasses, fall spices, and a nice, light smoke finish. Still shaking my head over this one. Truly a must try.
