1910 Extra Old is the third release in The 117 Series, a limited edition series which first launched in spring 2021. For this release, the inspiration is the brand's 1910 Old Fine Whisky. Like that bourbon bottling, this expression is finished in a secondary barrel. This time, however, the bourbon was finished for 18 months which explains the Extra Old moniker. Available as of late February 2022 at the distillery's bottle shop as well as selected retailers.

Nose: Fruity, Fig, oak Taste: very sweet on first taste very pleasant stays consistent with a medium ling finish which tastes like a total cherry bomb! Overall: i grabbed this in Kentucky and $100 for a 375 is pretty pricey but 1910 is probably my favorite shelf bourbon so i had to try. Its definitely got a different flavor profile. Very fruity from start to finish
One of the most confusing bourbons I’ve ever had. Tastes so thin like it’s been watered down. I know it’s low proof but still, disappointed. A light caramel and brown sugar taste with a tiny spice and no real mouth feel. Would recommend as a starter bourbon but nothing more which is sad.
A nice overall well balanced bourbon. The extra char comes through nicely especially in the finish. It was fun to try this but I feel like it is a bit one dimensional. I have had regular 1910 and I don’t think this is significantly better to warrant a 4x price increase.
Batch 002, jan 2025, KY-354 Nose: chocory, bunrt caramel, slight grass scent Palette: muted profile compared to 1910, very similar but more sublte and allows the flavors to compliment one another
Yep should of bought more in KY this is soooo smooth and rich. Sold in 375ml. See it buy 2!
