This expression is made from the "Old Hamer Standard" mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley. It is matured a minimum 3 years in 53 gallon new, charred American oak barrels. Proof varies per batch, typically between 115 to 120.

Batch no.16: 118.5 proof Nose is modest for a bourbon that carries that much bunch. Some oak is the predominant scent. That oak carries through with throughout. Warm as expected from a cask strength. Subtle vanilla and tobacco flavor towards the tail end.
Batch 4. Min 2yr age statement Really excited about this one. A few more years in the barrel and this'll be some really good juice. 1792 adjacent.
